Covenant Church East is a Christ-centered, non-denominational fellowship located in the city of Greensburg among the foothills of western Pennsylvania. We’re confident your family will feel at home because we trust that God is here to meet us right where we are!
We are a growing family and in our transitional journey we are freshly cultivating and pioneering our new season with God as He is forming us into an apostolic fellowship & training hub. We are ecstatically passionate about the Word & Presence of God as we are being equipped & empowered to advance His kingdom through service according to the great commission. If you’re wondering about our Sunday morning worship gatherings, dress is casual, expect to encounter the Lord’s presence, Holy Spirit led meetings, a reviving faith atmosphere, freedom to worship, transformational fellowship that includes edification, living proof testimonies, life impacting prayers of faith, preaching from God’s word, active discipleship, Communion fellowship and more!

Located on Highland Avenue just a few blocks up from Nature’s Way, Covenant Church East is an independent local church that was originally (in the year 2000) a church plant of Covenant Church of Pittsburgh. In 1942, the building itself was relocated by the Church of God who wanted a new location for their congregation. So they literally moved their building, brick by brick! Today, the city of Greensburg is home to about 14,000 residents, and we want every person to know that God loves you and desires a close relationship with you!
